The Bay View Hotel is close by (walking distance)
The room was dirty, a few beetles were stuck in the carpet like they were meant to stay there forever, the room was not hoovered for months, the cupboard smelled really funky and absolutely unacceptable was the mice feces and dust in the bathroom. Pictures available.

Having easy access to kuah jetty and being near haji ismail group. I liked the hotel's stuff and rooms. A short walk to wonderland food store, where you can have lunch. Free Wi Fi is good.

The supervisor and staff were nice, arranged taxi. Budgeted hotel near restaurants and attractions. Helpful Langkawi map provided. Good location for food, shopping, and ferry terminal.
Can't think of anything.

Don't like there's no hot water and cold water and not even a mini cool fridge to put our chocolates and items to make it cool. Have to go down and ask for the kettle to boil than to make it cold only we can drink. All these items should be in the room place on the table. Door knob also loosen and no secure while we go out from your hotels. Room 213 telling u and the A/con is leaking down to the door and carpet is wet. For us we feel scare and nitemare also when sleep there's people trying to open the door. There's no CCTV or security monitor on the passage way. Even at the main entrance. Now a days security is the priority and safe to your customers. See anyone can just walk upstairs without been check or stop. Reception also don't bother

This hotel in the prime area of Kuah town is a great value for money. The rooms are basic, but in good condition with enough space and a comfortable queen size bed. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, even helping guests book tours and taxis. The breakfast served is also commendable, with options available for vegetarians.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Nice clean hotel, with good rooms and ok breakfast. Also for taxfree shopping there are some places around.
Location for beaches is not good. Taxi's are cheap or you could rent a scooter. But for business this s a very good place.
